Product Features:
Made from the belly and loin of Okayama Prefecture SPF Pork Peach Pork Tonton pork. It is a three-way crossbreed of ♂ Duroc × ♀ crossbreed (♂ Large Yorkshire × ♀ Landrace). It has a high water retention capacity and juicy meat with moderate fat in the lean meat, so it is characterized by its moist texture even when heated. It can be served either hot or cold.
The flavor is further enhanced by the "shio-ponzu" vinegar made from yuzu juice produced in Kume Minami Town, Okayama Prefecture.
A leaflet with a recipe for "Yukimi Shabu Shabu and Soba Noodles" is also included.
