Yukhoe (cured ham) is an "unheated meat product (cured ham)" that is made in a way that does not lose the "raw flavor and texture" of yukhoe.
After much deliberation and testing, we have succeeded in reproducing yukhoe in an unheated meat product (cured ham).
We ship the product with an inspection certificate and a certificate of origin of the ingredients. This cured ham yukhoe is made from black Wagyu beef thigh meat and is shredded with just the right amount of sinew.

Precautions for use:
Please defrost the cured ham in the refrigerator and be sure to serve it the same day after defrosting.
