Product Features:
Fermented aged meat is aged using the "aging sheet" method developed by Meiji University and Meat Epoch in an industry-academia collaboration. Fermentation-aged meat is prepared in a special aging room, where excess water (free water = drippings) is removed while the binding water filled with flavor is locked in the meat to produce four characteristics: tenderness, flavor, taste, and juiciness (original moisture). The result is a product that is "tenderness", "flavor", "tastiness" and "juicy".
It is safer and juicier than conventional dry aging. The part used is Kataroos, which has a good balance of lean and fat. We hope you will enjoy the concentrated original flavor of black Wagyu beef. Two kinds of rock salt and a recipe for grilling are included.

Precautions for use:
Heat thoroughly to the center before serving.
After thawing, store in the refrigerator and serve on the same day.
