Beef tongue, which is popular as a grilled or stewed dish, is made into shabu-shabu. Usually, beef tongue is sliced into round slices, but this product is sliced vertically so that you can enjoy the flavor and texture of the tongue from the tip to the base of the tongue, which is soft and has just the right amount of fat and flavor, in a single slice. The set comes with "Shio Ponzu (salted citrus juice)," which was developed in-house for this product and uses Kume Minami yuzu juice produced in Okayama Prefecture. We are confident that this salt ponzu will enhance the flavor of the beef tongue. It is also delicious with grilled shabu-shabu.
